Dark Highway is a network of roads and crosswalks surrounded by dirt walls, lamp posts, and ocassionally a brick walls. The Dark Highway seems to be never ending as you try to keep going down the streets. This place can be reached by one of the doors from the top of the Clover Garden World. Flower Rave event occurs here.
The entrance to the Purple Sea can be found by going, from the exit of the Flower Rave building, left, up, and right.

Flower Rave[]
If you go up from the four-way intersection, there is a doorway which leads to a hall with a black inset at the end on the wall. Interacting with this panel will bring up the full-screen rave event.
Cat[]
From the first road you enter reaching this area from Clover Garden World, you can head left or right to find an orange cat sitting on top of the wall. Chie cannot interact with it.
Dog Effect[]
V.0.020 & 0.025[]
The Dog effect can be found here by continuing left down the road from the Clover Garden World entrance.
V.0.030[]
Dog effect is harder to find in v.0.030. Move to the right until you encounter the four-way intersection. Go north from here and head left or right until new doorway appears. This is the Flower Rave building. When you head all the way down and exit out the other side, you will be on the road where the dog can be found.
